Imagine saying your own name as you start your presentation. You aren’t being rushed to respond when someone immediately asks your name, you can have a somewhat longer drawn out intro: “I.. am Loneboy7” or “I am lone, boy7”. Since you are directing the whole topic you can set your own pace and it won’t be irregular. You can take your time. Go look at Obama speak and how slow he goes and how long his pauses are. You can take your time and pause anywhere to emphasize and think.
