I don't think so and I think you are overthinking it. There could be plenty of other reasons why you were not hired, including but not limited to: - Issues with your availability - Better Candidate accepted (More experience or certifications) - Internal Hire or hired someone they know - Too many candidates, not enough positions - Your answers to their questions were not strong enough - etc .. Overall, your stutter is such a small part of you and most people do not even notice to be honest or care. Just keep focusing on putting your best foot forward and keep applying for nursing jobs and you will find one. The economy is all really tough and the job market is terrible right now.
