I, too, have come to this realization over the past few years. The vast majority of people (not only girls) don't care if you stutter as long as you don't care that you stutter. In fact, I think it shows your confidence to stutter through a sentence and not he phased by it. Some girls are forward enough to tell me it's cute (which I don't really appreciate cuz it's a disability, you try having it and thinking it's cute lol). There was only once that I can recall when a girl was openly laughing when I stuttered. I was on a double date with my friend and she was really into me.. we were holding hands and everything. But she would grin everytime I stuttered and kinda mocked me. Sure I felt like busting her lip open but I just shrugged it off as her being immature. It acted like a good filter to weed out the bad ones.
