Guys noo.. You have to realize that you stutter mostly because of your anxiety and fear. Haven’t you had moments where you have been able to speak fluently? This means that you have to learn to tap into this mindset particular in your daily life. For me it’s about being in the moment. Try to feel the sosial situations like you are not a stutterer. Say what you believe to be «right» in every moment (not saying you’re going to talk all the time) when it’s appropriate. Never avoid, not even for 1 moment. Also, you have no idea how young you are. Start now!
