I saw something that said people should take it with “B2” because Boron may deplete it but I’m not taking anything specifically with it. My stack right now is mainly focused on gut health and reducing joint pain: - Calcium Magnesium Zinc (1 capsule with all combined) - MetaMucil fiber supplement - 5 capsules 3 times daily - Probiotic supplement - once daily - Turmeric - twice daily I’ve had the same stack for years so Boron is the first addition in a while.
