I feel you 100% I am 27 years old working long hours at Amazon warehouse just to be able to afford a living. I live in London, so as you can imagine it is also very expensive to live. Having a stutter played a massive role as to why I am in the position I am in today. I grew up with self-limiting beliefs, low confidence and I didn’t really develop strong social skills. I have severe social anxiety and have no friends. Most of my work colleagues think I am strange lol…I hardly talk at work. I am embarrassed of my stutter and afraid of being judged negatively. Getting a Job is difficult if you don’t have strong communication skills and most jobs behave this as a requirement. I am just reaching out to say I totally understand your pain and what you’re going through. I made a promise to myself this year that I wasn’t going to allow my stammer to control the rest of my life. I missed out on so much living because of it, and I am tried of letting life go by. Don’t give up!
