Yeah, it sounds like a regular stuttering disorder. Only difference is how people get it & we can only guess. For example - I read a user here saying that he got his stutter, when his parents "converted" him from left to right handed, because right handed is considered "correct". - For some it's because of traumatic experience, like you experienced at age of 7. -For me, idk, it could be neurological or something. BTW, I have social anxiety (not because of stuttering), from that maybe I developed stutter. -For some it's just because of genetics.
