Thank you for your advice. I agree, I always tell myself: "speak slowly'' but I'm so used to stuttering, that I prefer to speak faster with stutters than speaking slowly. How to deal with this thought? And later I tell myself that I don't know how to speak without stutter, and then I give up trying to speak better, and then I choose to stutter. How do I deal with this?
