Where to start for self help? I’m 22 and have had a stutter for the majority of my life. In the past 6 or so years it’s taken form as a verbal block, particularly with letters such as B, P and D. I’ve started to get comments on it and feel as if it’s only getting worse. Any advice on where to start for self help for stuttering?
