i know what that feels like. to just feel like a slave to your voice. it's the worst when you know exactly what you need to say but you just have to sit there and fumble with your mouth while everyone just stares. the thing that's important to remember is that you CAN change. it's always possible. it's just a matter of finding what works for you! recently i was told about a method where you tap the syllables out on your leg. like for example, i stutter on the name "willow" all the time. but when i tap it out on my leg (will-ow) it really helps me get passed the block. it doesn't work all the time, but adding a rhythm to your words helps. for me, at least. give it a try. i hope you find some solace. remember, you aren't alone. :) -max
