For me the only think that helped me is facing my fears. For instance, if you feel uncomfortable talking on phone then practice more often speaking on phone with your friend. Stuttering remains to be a multifactorial disorder and you can't control every single aspect of it. If you have severe anxiety while talking then work on that instead of working on the physical aspect of speech.
