My Story 22 M ; just discovered this reddit and reading about others like me so will get a few things off my chest here: So like many of you I have stuttered for nearly my whole life, it actually disappeared from 10-14 then reappeared at 15-19, slowly dissipated from 19-20 now 22 and it has resurfaced for the worse. I feel like when I take my time and get my words out and focus on my voice, I can feel myself going on a roll and nothing can stop me, but then there's other times where I literally can't get a word out. Anyone here share any ideas/habits that help them? Being confident is definetly a big one but granted that's hard to do when you stutter lol. Anyone read/attended - Beyond Stuttering, the Maguire programme? Supposed to be the closest thing to a cure. I guess I'm also curious into finally learning about my stutter - I understand there's no direct cause but like the physical reasons why? I.e throat / tongue / what exactly is it?
