I'm a natural extrovert (I have an introverted side too of course). I don't think it developed any particular way other than it being part of my personality. I've always been a talker and really enjoy connecting with people. As I've gotten older my stutter has become more severe so this is tougher, but I can't see any reason to change who I am or what makes me happy to try and appease my stutter. I see that as giving in to fear and I don't want to be controlled.
