Software engineer here. Always disclose the fact that you stutter first and thank your interviewers for their patient. Other than that, speak slower and focus more on being clear and concise rather than getting through the answer as quick as you can. We have a couple of things working against us: speed and intelligibility. I always feel like it's better to focus on make sure the other person understand what you are saying rather than getting an answer out as quick as you can. Might be a common sense thing but I know a lot of people with heavy heavy accents that speak super fast and I have no idea what they are saying. I personally just tend to speak slower when I'm going over anything technical and I pause a lot for questions and clarifications if needed. And I'm doing pretty well in the field. So I hope that advice helps. Also, it might be how you're answering your questions and not completely due to your stutter that you are being rejected. You can always go over the questions you are being asked and find better ways to answer them.
