Everyone's stutter is different, so you might receive different ideas. But for me what has helped with blocking is giving myself more time to speak. I use longer pauses than "normal" and this seems to help. For some reason I can feel when a block is coming on. Then I can feel when I get unblocked. So giving myself time to become unblocked helps vs trying to fight it.
