I see some "funny" comments so far, but to be honest, the only sensible thing is to work with a speech therapist. If that's not available to you (e.g. due to economical issues), you may just want to browse the various threads in here. Lots of stuff being mentioned that might benefit you - but do mind that you don't self-medicate or rely on scientifically questionable advice. Ask the community if you're in doubt. And be patient. Stutter is deeply rooted and takes time to manage.
