Ugh I get peach blocks too. I stuttered as a kid but the repetitive kind, and then developed speech blocks as I got older (im 25 now). I never had therapy, I guess because my parents didn't think it was too bad and the speech blocks came later which are more subtle from an outside perspective. It sucks honestly its so embarrassing and I notice that when im more stressed or anxious its worse, or if I'm drinking. For speech blocks, I try to phrase it differently or something but I have yet to find something that really works, so lmk what if anything works for you. One of the hardest things for me is saying my first name, fml
