Let's compare apples to apples here. 'Minorities" are not discriminated against in the work place. It's illegal and the employer can be sued for a lot of money. You even admitted to working at a place were you were the only English speaker. How were all your co-workers hired if there is such discrimination against certain skin colors? Yes, I'll admit that working in a factory requires very little speaking but even working the front counter at McDonald's requires you to speak to customers.
