You might not believe me, but by reading this book, I have been able to communicate much fluently for the past 2 weeks, and I would have my first presentation in front of the audience after 4 years. There're several tips that I found really helpful: - Keep going forward, don't turn back. - Speak at slow & controlled speed. - Identify your abnormal gestures, get rid of it.
