I had toxic insomnia! Couldn’t sleep and restless legs. I’d even be willing to do it again I helped me so much. I’m on Caplyta now, no help although I’ve become 98% fluent since the Abilify 5 years ago. I crazy enough to not be satisfied and demand perfection. 🙀
