So what is the difference between audible affirmations and those subliminal which we can't really notice? Wouldn't those have the same effect?And how did you manage to put them in? Also, isn't it kind of risky to listen to these if I can't be sure what's in them? Just expressing my thoughts :D Anyways thank you for posting.
