No, I've just got a tight/sore chest feeling and sometimes that can make jt feel like im not breathing right or correctly if you know what I mean. In saying that, I don't usually experience blocks but there have been sometimes where I've straight up been unable to say a word. It used to happen to me a lot but that was years ago.
