Just gotta learn to not give a fuck. It’s taken me a loooooong time to get to that point. It’s helped ease the anxiety and fear of being on the phone. I’ve had people hang up on me and it is very discouraging, but I just call them back nowadays. I do absolutely prefer speaking in person though, people seem to be more rude over the phone cause they aren’t face to face.
