Ashwagandha results. I have tried both the Ashwagandha above which was suggested here. I have seen many people saying doesn't work for them but if you have Anxiety, by taking ashwagandha it will make your stutter less. I didnt feel difference in both the ashwagandha it worked same. I had side effects which was breathless and more anxiety when I forgot to take the pill. This did make my stutter less as I have anxiety. More ways to make stutter less is breathing exercise. I read the main reason for stutter is breathing and talking isn't coordinating so some vowels are difficult to speak and be confident about yourself if. Talking with opening mouth wider does help as well. Good luck people will find way to cure it one day.
