Clinical trials are interesting and can’t be rightly interpreted by most. What you say is right. But a clinical trial is a failure if something doesn’t work in 3 out of 4 people. That is dramatic when you have to decide which life or death oncology drug to take. It is not with people who stutter. If everyone trips it and it only helps 1 out of 4 that’s fantastic, even if it doesn’t pass the bar of scientific evidence
