I also have difficulties with my speech and so I just worked hard at University and am due to graduate with quite decent grades in finance. But I'm fearful to apply to jobs because of my speech, I know in investment banking you need to be confident give presentations etc. I might be able to get the job but what's the point if my communication will let me down compared to peers. How does your brother do it working for such a firm in a big job? If you don't mind me asking
