I am now 35 years old and still struggle with it all day long. Fortunately, I have found a good woman who likes me for who I am. She makes the necessary calls and goes along with important things to help with speaking. Even now there are people who look strangely as if I am a strange person. Stuttering is a taboo. People don't want to understand, many think we are different and dumber but it is usually the opposite. Stay strong, we have reddit for these things!
