A cognitive behavioral therapist that works on your mindset is probably the best fit for you. Lots of people have differences that they have to live with and compensate for, but it doesn't make them less human or somehow unworthy. I wear glasses and my sister is left-handed. Different but not abnormal or cause for abuse, right? The world is slowly becoming more accepting of people with differences, and I think you're very brave. Face up to it, accept it, and love yourself, warts and all! There is only one you and we should all respect and admire that.
