Thanks for your reply. I agree with you, I never expected thiamine to be the cure. However I strongly believe it helps. It definitely helps. Maybe it's an anxiety reducing effect, maybe it helps in the creation of more energy for the brain or whatever but it helps. I just need to be able to do normal functions in my day to day life plus some improvements in my work whenever I need to talk. I'm freaking over thinking about introducing myself in my new job in April. I'll definitely stutter and make a fool of myself. But it is what it is I guess.
