Is your stutter worse or better on the phone? Mine gets really bad on the phone, so I tried to avoid jobs where talking on the phone was part of the day to day. I got a job and it worked for a while, but I recently took a promotion, and talking on the phone is now something I will be regularly doing, but whoever I'm talking to will just have to deal with it haha.
