Movie portrayals of people who stutter. Hiya, I am currently doing my undergrad dissertation on stuttering in movies and was wondering how people who stutter felt about certain movies (if they've seen them). The movies I'm analysing are; Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone; The Waterboy; Primal Fear; Once Upon A Time In Hollywood and IT Chapter 1 and 2. It would be interesting to hear some opinions on any of these movies. Such as what was a good portrayal to you? what was a bad portrayal? Were any of these portrayals insulting? Would be interesting to get some feedback :D
