Speaking from experience, unfortunately not. I tried 3 different clubs and had the same experience each time. You barely get to talk given the amount of people in each session and most of the session is dedicated to listening 1-2 people give speeches. So unless you are someone that is okay with listening more than participating, toastmasters is good for you. Otherwise, if you are looking to get consistent exposure, I would argue its more of a time sink than a practical benefit. For example, some clubs have weekly sessions that last 2 hours or 1.5 hours. You can expect to speak on avg 10 mins max of that timeframe if your club has more than 8-10 attendees, which they usally do.
