I was denied two jobs in a row because of my stutter

I was denied two jobs in a row because of my stutter Had a great talk both times, then got denied afterwards and when I asked why its always "I don't have a problem with it and neither do you, but I can't speak for the whole company". I'm feeling kinda down right now. I had good colleagues in the past, have a track record of good communications in my past jobs and it's not like I'm socially awkward or something. I got used to living with my stutter years ago and was pretty happy as a 'normal' person, but this really stings and opens some old wounds. Sorry just felt like I have to vent somewhere.
