100000% agree!!!! I always advocate for speech therapy. If you're interested in fluency, take steps in your life to achieve it. If speech therapy hasn't worked for you in the past, try a different program. Try a different therapist. Think about it if YOU might have been the reason why speech therapy didn't work. I found fluency in my twenties with the same program that I followed in my teens. I failed to put in the work in my teens. I will always advocate for pursuing fluency if someone no longer wishes to stutter as much. I'll always be a stutterer, but I achieved fluency. I believe many others can as well.
