I would say yes. Stuttering give bad vibe/energy/not good opinion if opposite person dont heard about stuttering earlier. I think its good to say it before talk, practise at home, with friend. In some previous post there were like bad stereotypes about stuttering, that people in mind can think, that person is weird, not being honest, is unprepared, cant handle simple interview so job is not for him, overall I think stuttering give bad impression, people would not tell that straight, but no answear back or not intrested may be thing.  Same with other disabilities they dont define human, but bad impression is set. Same with autism spectrum.  Also people who stuttering may have social anxiety and weak social skill so its like shit combo. Its like simple thinking, lets says you are get called by company, you are being nervous, stuttering, what think caller? Bad impression, lying stereotypes. Not every company is like that, if they really want worker, they would hire asap.  So I would suggest try, practise in front of mirror, maybe record to check from thirdperson, prepare few scrips, read about small talk, positive traits - I mean, smiling may be good, be good looking - so even if you will stutter, your better look may be remembered. But I dont know. Maybe avoid jobs where talking is main task, like cashier, fastfood.
