My partner was completely okay with my stuttering! I told him about it before we met (we met online haha), told him it was no problem if he finish my sentence if i got stuck and it's okay if we joke about it together. When we got our first date in a café he asked beforehand if i wanted to order or if he had to do it. Just because he was so extremely chill and understanding about it, i rarely stutter when he's around :) What i try to say is, the good human beings are really out there! I was 24 when we met, next month we're together 11 years :) Maybe meeting people online like I did will make it easier for you too? So you can explain beforehand? Idk if that's a good idea for you, but it helped me a lot!
