The short term answer is to find work that you can do with a severe stutter. The long term approach is more of a question for you: Do you want to do the hard work required to improve your speech? In my opinion, it's easier to improve your speech than it is to live the rest of your life as a severe stutterer. You can improve your speech. I'm proof of that!
