No! Because it's not a weakness. List it as a strength!!! Disclosing is great! Takes the pressure off you, which can reduce the severity of your stutter. Let's the interviewers know what's going if/when you stutter. Most likely they won't care if you stutter. We think they'll care but 99% of the time they don't. Talk about it as a strenght! You are actually a better communicator because you stutter. Remember communication is a two-way street. It takes being a good listener too. You know how difficult speaking can be, and you value what others have to say. You listen to other people's input and feedback and take it all into consideration. They care far more about this than whether or not it takes you a little longer to say what you want. You've faced challenges and difficulties because of your stutter. It has resulted in resilience and perseverance. Hype this up too. Also there's research that demonstrates that listeners view us more positively when we disclose our stutter.
