I guess it depends on what you mean by “treat.” I’ve had a lot of success through implementing a bunch of holistic approaches, including reading some books. Not saying it will work for everyone, but what’s the alternative? Feeling depressed and trapped in your situation? Lol, no thanks. This person is being proactive. And if they put in the work they will see improvement. (Like anything - fitness, career, hobbies, etc). That’s awesome. I’m psyched for them.
