Yes, absolutely. That is still one of my toughest situations - when I'm exhausted I feel the urge to stutter massively. My advice is complicated because I don't think there is a magic bullet solution. If and when you stop stuttering, being tired or stressed no longer results in you stuttering. You still may feel the triggers, but you won't allow yourself because it isn't something that you do anymore. For now, just know you're not alone and that we've all been down that road. Stay positive, smile as much as you can, and use the annoyance as motivation. But overall do what you can to stay positive, smile, and be gentle on yourself.
