I think I can definitely spot a fake stutter. I mean, I've seem countless people "start to stutter" because I do. Weirdos. But interestingly enough, I've read some names here that I did not know stutter. So clearly I can't always pinpoint when someone who stutters is being fluent. Definitely some, but not all. Good for them!
