Depending on the role, the employer shouldn't treat you any differently due to a stutter. I don't know what everyone's approach is but when I went for my current job in a call centre I told them immediately I have a stutter during the interview and they got me to repeat a few simple phrases and were happy with it. Apply to jobs you see and be honest with the employer. If they can't respect you for it, that's on them
