I am totally free of stutters for more then ten years. Tired or not makes no difference for me anymore. I now that this is hard to believe but you can find and hear so much people abroad and also in Holland that are speaking fluently due to this course program. Does the science need to stop here? No! Never, they must contrinue investigating ways to retrain the diaphrahm without the need for a very intense training program.
