I know stutterers miss out on jobs because they stutter all the time but companies have plausible deniability, they can just say it was for another reason. I can’t believe they’re dumb enough to actually reference your stutter as part of the reason they didn’t hire you. It seems like a lawyer would take something like that pro bono if you really have written evidence of them not hiring you because of your stutter.
