Wait, hold up. Isn’t that textbook discrimination covered by the ADA? I know stutterers miss out on jobs because they stutter all the time but companies have plausible deniability, they can just say it was for another reason. I can’t believe they’re dumb enough to actually reference your stutter as part of the reason they didn’t hire you. It seems like a lawyer would take something like that pro bono if you really have written evidence of them not hiring you because of your stutter. Either that’s textbook discrimination or I have a personal misunderstanding of how the ADA works. Always confused by people downvoting genuine responses on a disability support forum 😂
