Ive had exactly what you described. Had a stutter at a young age and I learned how to manage, lockdown came from covid and my stutter got really bad again. I have periods of speaking without blocks and with them. I typically always stutter when I ask for something and when I am correcting somebody. Confidence helps. Heres what helped me. 1. Most importantly you should acknowledge you have a stutter. Accept it and work on your confidence. Your stutter does not define you, its a part of the amazing package which is yourself. 2. I watched many youtube videos on how to talk to people and overall having more conversations. More practice with speaking means more successful sentences and little wins. 3. Meditation. When I am speaking I control my breathing and that lets me be in the moment. I have done years worth of guided meditations for my confidence and I actually feel really great. I hope your speech gets better and I hope your confidence gets more solid. Any other questions or if you wanna talk you can PM me :)
