Speech pathologist here, does she have any visual communication tools? A communication book, a device that speaks when she presses buttons? Can she write? If so, have her write it down. Explain that you can't understand her and it's upsetting because you WANT to know what she's saying. Maybe she already has a process she uses, but isn't consistent with. Please keep me updated!
