Anyone here successfully go on disability?

Anyone here successfully go on disability? Hi, never posted here before. I did a search and didn't see much on the topic besides casual remarks. So is it possible (in the USA) to go on SSDI for stuttering? Or will it be argued that I can have a job where I don't talk? I'm 28, dealt with this my whole life and along with a myriad of other physical and mental issues, I find it hard to consistently hold a job (fired many times due to my stutter) and would like to see if disability could be an option. I do know that those under 40 have a more difficult time getting approved.
