I know how difficult it is to be in that position. I've been evading things all my life and I can't and don't want to do it anymore. It's ruined my life so bad that I've missed out on so many opportunities. Anything can be easily handled even if it's delivering a speech only if I was able to say my name without getting panic attacks or looking for ways to escape from that situation. I was even depressed for a couple of months just because I had to read something at a family event. I don't even know where to go or what to do with my life. It's so miserable.
