Have any of you tried the SpeechEasy device? What were the results?

Have any of you tried the SpeechEasy device? What were the results? I’ve been using this device for the past few weeks. Noticed a slight difference, but I’m wondering if this device has changed someone’s life dramatically when it came to their speech.
