I put it in the room. When it gets really bad I do a chester cheeto-esque face shake out. Its fair game for the kids to ask me to repeat myself. Honestly the biggest issue is that I can't read verbatim which is an issue with administering testing instructions. On those days everyone acts like I have been faking it the whole time.
